We had 7 hours to explore another area of Buenos Aires before leaving for the airport, to fly to Sao Paulo, for the first leg our journey home.
At last, the cruise was in sight. From Buenos Aires we flew by Charter flight to the southernmost city in the world, Ushuaia, Argentina.
Once more we had to rise early to move on in our journey to Antarctica.

On hearing that more and more countries were closing their borders to all but their own citizens we realised we needed to get home before it became impossible.

Sadly, the Falkland Islands were to be our last port of call.
