For a change to writing a full blog I thought that I would show you some of the beautiful scenery to which we were treated while sailing on the Danube between towns.

From Genoa we went on to Bologna whose name means a large smoked sausage of various meats. We were enjoying towns and cities that we had never seen before so our trip was proving to be very interesting.
Part of the Millau ViaductToday was the day we were to see the ‘big bridge’ the construction of which we had seen on the BBC programme, Top Gear, about a year earlier.
Today is Saturday and our last day here in Fuengirola. It has been really wonderful to have had some full days of rest and others where we have had interesting times spent discovering the history and development of some ancient towns of Southern Spain.
We ended our day by visiting the popular Vienna Ferris Wheel after seeing St Stephen’s Cathedral.
